• All reservations must be made directly with our Customer Service at +603 9200 2402 also you can make your reservation online at http://www.kuttgroup.com.my/ or fax us your request to +603 9200 2573.
• To ensure your accommodation is available, all booking must be make at least 2 weeks in advance.
• Confirmation of rooms will be subject to room availability.
• The above reservations are applicable from Sunday to Thursday.
• A surcharge is applicable during weekend, school holidays, eve & public holiday and RM70.00 to all overseas hotel.
• Complimentary 2 days 1 night stay is valid for 12-month from date of membership.
• The hotel list of 2 days 1 night choice may change from time to time and the management of EZ Travel reserves the right to change or cancel without prior notice.
